Ozobot

Tiny robots for program learning

The best tool for educational program learning

Ozobot is a series of small-size robots developed by Evollve Inc. (headquarters: California, USA) in 2014.

It has a 'line recognition function' through sensors on its base that allows Ozobot to automatically follow lines drawn on paper or tablet devices. It also recognises the “OzoCodes”, a series of commands made from combinations of colors, like “turn right” or “pause” for example, that are read by the sensors and executed by the robot.

“Ozoblockly” is an app to program Ozobot based on block programming . By organising and combining blocks on this online tool it is possible to program Ozobot and make it to perform all sort of actions.
