SHINOBU MIYATA
Born in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. After completing a master’s degree at Keio University Graduate School, he began his career at the Tokyo branch of Citibank. Following experience at a trust bank, he transitioned into the fund industry and established the Japan office of the country’s first independent fund administration firm. Later, while serving as COO at an asset management company, he became connected with our firm through one of its managed funds. He now operates his own consulting company and fund administration firm.
YOKOGAWA KIMIYOSHI
After graduating from Osaka Kyoiku University with a Bachelor's degree in Education and completing a Master's degree at Osaka Kyoiku University Graduate School, he joined Castalia Co. He holds a special license for information science at high school. At university, he conducted research on programming education. He also develops, supervises, and creates curriculum for programming education content, and teaches workshops for children, instructor training seminars, and programming seminars.

After graduating from Kyoto University, the Kyoto native started his career at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (now Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications). After being involved in Japan's governmental IT policies for 14 years, he became the visiting professor at MIT's Media Lab. In September 2002, he was appointed Director of Stanford Japan Center-Research. Today he is one of the key persons who bridges industry, academia, and government, participating in numerous work groups and governmental organisations.
